1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the CalculatorTip mobile application for Android and the website at https://calculatortip.com, operated by SoulFabrica LLC ("we", "us", or "our").

We believe that a utility application should do its job without monitoring you. This policy outlines what happens to the numbers you enter and what information, if any, is handled.

2. Calculations Stay on Your Device

Every calculator in CalculatorTip—including Tip Calculator, Bill Split, Hourly Pay, Shift Earnings, Overtime, Weekly Earnings, and Business calculators—runs 100% locally on your phone's processor.

• We do not collect bill amounts, wages, shift hours, tips, profit margins, or any numbers you type.
• Your calculations are never transmitted to our servers, any cloud database, or any artificial intelligence service.
• Calculators function fully in offline mode without an active cellular or Wi-Fi data connection.

3. Saved Calculation History

If you choose to save a calculation using the History feature, that data is stored strictly within your Android device's local application sandbox (using SQLite / SharedPreferences).

• Saved records remain on that specific device only. They are not synchronized, uploaded, or accessible by SoulFabrica LLC.
• You can delete individual history records or wipe your complete history at any time directly in the app under Settings > DATA > Clear history.
• Uninstalling the app removes the local database stored on your device.

4. Optional Google Sign-In (Authentication)

CalculatorTip is fully functional without creating an account or signing in.

An optional Google Sign-In feature is provided through Google Firebase Authentication solely for user identity. If you choose to sign in with your Google Account:

• Google processes your authentication securely. We receive basic profile credentials (your email address and display name) for identity display in the app's Account screen.
• Signing in does not upload your calculations, preferences, or history to the cloud. Your financial calculations remain local to your phone whether you are signed in or signed out.
• You can sign out at any time from Settings > My Account > Sign Out.

5. Advertising

CalculatorTip displays standard advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to keep the application free for everyone.

• Advertisements are strictly isolated to non-intrusive banner placements. Advertisements never block calculator inputs, pop up during active calculations, or interfere with your workflow.
• The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect certain technical diagnostic data, including your device IP address (for regional ad serving and fraud detection) and device advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID / AAID) in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• Your calculation numbers, bill amounts, wages, and saved notes are NEVER shared with Google Mobile Ads or any advertising partner.
• Where applicable in regions such as the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK, consent choices are managed via the official Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).

6. Website Data & Cookies

Our static marketing website (https://calculatortip.com) does not use tracking cookies, behavioral profiling, or advertising trackers. Web server logs collected by our hosting provider (Hostinger) record standard HTTP access requests (IP address, user-agent, timestamp) solely for system security, DDoS mitigation, and server maintenance.

7. Children's Privacy

CalculatorTip is a general-purpose math utility and is not directed at children under the age of 13. Because we do not collect personal financial data or require accounts, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

If we update our privacy practices, we will publish the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top of the policy.
