How to change your active currency

You can switch your display currency at any time from the app's Settings:

1. Tap the Settings icon in the bottom navigation bar (or the gear icon in the top right of Home).
2. Under the PREFERENCES section, tap Currency.
3. Select your preferred currency from the sheet: USD ($), EUR (€), GBP (£), CAD ($), AUD ($), or JPY (¥).
4. All existing calculators, recent saves, and summary headers immediately update to your chosen currency symbol.

How to use saved calculations again ("Use Again")

If you regularly work identical shifts or calculate repetitive client invoices:

1. Navigate to the History tab.
2. Tap the specific saved calculation you wish to repeat.
3. Review the detailed inputs on the History Detail screen.
4. Tap the Use Again button at the bottom of the screen.
5. The app automatically opens the matching calculator and preloads every single input value so you can adjust numbers quickly without starting from scratch.

Overnight shifts and time calculations

When calculating shifts that begin on one day and finish after midnight (for instance, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM):

• Select 10:00 PM as your Start Time and 6:30 AM as your End Time.
• The app recognizes that the end time occurs on the subsequent calendar day and accurately registers 8.5 hours.
• If you had a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, enter 30 in the Break Duration field to calculate 8.0 billable hours.

Clearing your calculation history

Your calculation records are stored only on your device. If you wish to wipe all saved history:

1. Go to Settings > DATA.
2. Tap Clear history (shown in red).
3. Confirm the prompt "Clear all calculations?". All local calculation records will be permanently deleted from device storage.
