1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SoulFabrica LLC ("SoulFabrica", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the CalculatorTip mobile application for Android and the website located at https://calculatortip.com (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using CalculatorTip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service Description

CalculatorTip provides mathematical calculation utilities designed for everyday use, including but not limited to:

• Tip and gratuity estimation with percentage steppers and bill rounding.
• Group bill splitting across multiple individuals.
• Hourly wages and scheduled shift earnings tracking with unpaid break deductions.
• Overtime pay rate computations (1.5x and 2.0x).
• Weekly earnings scheduling.
• Commercial math utilities including profit margin, break-even volume, target pricing, sales commissions, discounts, and payment processing fees.
• Device-local calculation history persistence and search.

3. No Professional or Financial Advice

All calculations, projections, and estimates generated by CalculatorTip are based entirely on user-supplied numbers and formulas.

• CalculatorTip does not provide financial, legal, accounting, tax, or employment advice.
• Actual net pay, overtime eligibility, tip pooling agreements, and tax withholdings vary according to local labor laws, union agreements, state and federal regulations, and employer policies.
• You should not rely on results produced by the Service as an official substitute for certified payroll documentation, legal contracts, or professional financial advice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CalculatorTip only for lawful personal or business estimation purposes. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the mobile application.
• Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security or licensing features.
• Misrepresent estimates produced by the Service as certified accounting or governmental tax documents.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden our website or infrastructure.

5. User Data and Local Storage

CalculatorTip is engineered with an offline-first architecture. Any calculations, notes, or entries saved within the app are stored exclusively in your device's local application memory.

• SoulFabrica LLC does not retain copies of your saved calculations and has no technical access to restore data lost through device wiping, uninstallation, or operating system resets.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining records of any essential calculations outside the app if needed for permanent accounting.

6. Third-Party Services

The mobile application utilizes select trusted third-party SDKs:

• Google Firebase Authentication: Powers the optional Google Sign-In identity feature. Use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Serves non-intrusive banner advertising in the free version of the application.

SoulFabrica LLC does not control third-party networks and is not responsible for their availability or independent policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SoulFabrica LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely bug-free, or compatible with every future Android device or operating system iteration.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, SOULFABRICA LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS DISRUPTION, WORKPLACE DISPUTES, OR FINANCIAL DISCREPANCIES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When modifications occur, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are published signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SoulFabrica LLC is organized, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
